I have spent over 36 years in the Commercial Banking Industry. Half of my time was spent underwriting and financing Acquisition and Land Development for Condominiums, Subdivision, and commercial parks. Along with funding guidance lines of Credit for Commercial and Residential contractors.

The other half of my carrier was heading up the litigation and foreclosure for a community bank in Florida. While running the special asset department, I over saw the build out and repairs to over 100,000 square feet of office space and office warehouse repairs. Managed the lease up and build out for state leases along with 50,000 square feet for call centers.

I also managed the rehab and repairs of townhomes, condo, hotels and RV parks in Mississippi, Alabama and Florida.

I am a real estate developer and investor. I have co-developed a project containing 99,000 square feet of light industrial office warehouse park in Florida. I have rehabbed and sold many coastal investment properties and built homes in Walton County.

I hold my real estate license in the State of Florida and a Partner in Sand Dunes Real Estate Company.
